Youth Culture Centre

A creative space full of artistic activities and passions for children and teenagers.

The Youth Cultural Centre in Stargard is a place where the city’s history meets youth, art and contemporary culture. It is housed in the historic Karow family villa, built in the 1920s. Its preserved interiors, and in particular the unique Fireplace Room, give the building a distinctive character and atmosphere.

Today, the historic walls are full of artistic life. The Youth Cultural Centre hosts concerts, performances, exhibitions, workshops and numerous cultural events, while young people from Stargard and visitors from across Poland can find a space here to develop their talents, discover new passions and bring their own ideas to life. The centre is also home to the only skatepark in Stargard, a popular place for young people to stay active, meet and spend their free time.

This is also where the nationwide „Dozwolone do lat 19” Song Festival takes place – an event with a long-standing tradition that brings young singers from all over Poland to Stargard every year and has become an important part of the city’s cultural life.

An integral part of the Youth Cultural Centre is the MDK Water Centre in Morzyczyn, located on the picturesque shores of Lake Miedwie. It is an ideal option for those who want to combine culture with relaxation and water-based activities. Visitors can rent kayaks and boats and discover the beauty of one of the most scenic areas around Stargard.
